TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
The purchase of any travel services offered by Royal Wings
Travel constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Royal
Wings Travel and represents your acceptance of Royal Wings Travel
Terms and Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read
carefully and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to booking.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
We accept checks, money orders and major credit cards.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required for us to
reserve space for you. Final payment is due 45 days prior to the
commencement of service.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
The deposit is non-refundable however; if the tour is paid in
full within the following dates the refund will be as follow:
90 ‚ 60 days prior to commencement
of service 65% of the total price will be refunded59 ‚ 45 days prior
to commencement of service 50% of the total price will be refunded44
‚ 01 days prior to commencement of service 20% of the total price
will be refundedWe highly encourage purchasing a travel insurance,
which we can offer to you at approximately $220 which will cover
about 80% of the actual total including your air fare.
TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:Ý
You must report any disability
requiring special attention to Royal Wings Travel at the time the
reservation is made. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate
the special needs of the disabled traveler
VISAS AND PASSPORTS:Ý
US citizens are required to
have a valid passport with minimum of six months validity to travel.
Most of the visas will be obtained
upon arrival to both countries.
ACCOMMODATIONS:Ý
The accommodations listed in
the brochure are intended to be used on all departures; however,
if a change becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodations
substituted will be equivalent in standard to those shown. Every
effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms. It may occasionally
happen that an accommodation provides some double-bedded rooms instead.
These rooms will be allocated to couples.
